Seager Welding Ltd are able to perform often complex and difficult repairs or modifications on customer’s premises or work location.  The skills we have mean that we have often carried out repairs on site when others have said it was impossible.

We are able to do this by having fully mobile equipment.  Our trucks have 600amp welder/generator, compressor sets mounted on board.  This enables us to carry out:-

Siezed Pins

We are highly skilled and equipped for siezed pin removal using: heat; hydraulic power, arc air gouging and thermic lancing.  We can achieve total removal of seized pins without causing damage to the bosses etc.

Broken Bolt Removal

Again, high levels of skill and experience mean that we have never come across a broken bolt that we could not remove whilst still leaving the threads in the housing/frame etc intact and ready for new bolts.  This is often achieved where others have failed.
